Research is the most interesting part of designin process to get to know more about users and their needs/behaviours. Interviews, surveys, competitive analysis plays a vital role in collecting datas.

A well defined problem is half solved. Next, I synthesize the research findings to define clear user personas, journey maps, and project objectives. This step will give clear vision on business goal and what we want to acheive by designing.

This process helps to gather wide range of possible solutions for the defined problem. Iterating on ideas till a viable solution obtained.
